For every painting you enter into an exhibit, you will need to complete the form below and submit your response. You should print and pay attention to the specific guidelines for the exhibit you are entering: MCC, Workshop, or Olive Branch Collective. Guidelines are available to download from the exhibits page. Be sure to also download the Label form and affix a completed label to the back of each painting delivered.

Please round to the nearest inch. All entries should be FRAME dimensions, not artwork dimensions.

IS YOUR PAINTING FOR SALE? (required)

Your price should be a whole number with no decimals. If your price is $550, then enter 550 only. Do not enter $550 or 550.00.

PAINTING MEDIUM

Your Painting must be at least 90% water-based media used in an aqueous application format per guidelines. You are confirming that your art meets these requirements by filling out the Media used and listing any other media that makes up to 10% of your painting below.

Permission Note:
If you are painting from a photo with permission, a signed or digitally approved note from the photographer with the photo reference (or a clear description of the photo), must be attached to the back of the painting when delivered.

IMAGE OF YOUR UNFRAMED ARTWORK

Please take a cropped picture of your artwork only and do not include the frame. The picture should be taken without glass. The image should be a reasonable representation of your work that could be placed as an icon in a brochure. Unless otherwise informed, there is no resolution requirement.
