Submission Requirements

Download the full set of guidelins for all our exhibits above. There are common rules like those to the right and also exhibit specific rules. Please read through the rules completely to ensure your paintings will be accepted.
Original Artwork
All artwork must be original including the reference photo (unless written authorization for the photo was obtained). This is to ensure no conflicts when the painting sells.
Water Based Medium
Painting must be 90% waterbased (watercolor, acrylic, gouache, casin, egg tempura). Collage is ok with watercolor paper and approved water media. Varnish is also ok.
Framing
Artwork up to a full sheet must be matted and framed. Frame hardware must be 1/3 from top with taut wire. Glass or Plexiglass is acceptable. Frames not meeting required specs can’t be exhibited.
Age of Work
Painting must be completed within 2 years of submission date. Our market Collective Exhibit at Olive Branch does allow older paintings for sale.
